A well-respected and established figure in the rural banking industry, he brings over fifteen years of rich professional experience marked by consistency, technical competence, and leadership. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from Kumasi Technical University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Catholic University of Ghana, an uncommon and powerful blend that underpins his deep understanding of both financial operations and banking technology.

From 2010 to 2018, he served Asutifi Rural Bank Plc with distinction as Assistant Operations Manager, playing a key role in strengthening operational efficiency and service delivery. In 2019, he joined Ahafo Ano Premier Rural Bank Plc as Assistant Operations Manager, where he further expanded his managerial expertise and operational leadership.
